# Farcaster Frames

There are two kinds of frames available on KodaDot:

1. **Collection Frame**: Allows you to share existing collections minted on KodaDot; the process is very simple, and anyone can share any collection. The frame will allow you to browse the collection on Farcaster. It will not be possible to trade with NFTs; just browse.
2. **Minting Frame**: This allows you to mint your collection on Base via KodaDot. Minting frames are only available for curated artists. Mint will currently occur only via Farcaster.

## Collection Frame - Share existing collection

You can share any collection on Farcaster in a frame that allows people to browse your collection directly in the app. To do it, **open your collection** on KodaDot, click the **share button** in the top right corner, and select Share as Farcaster Frame.

This is how your frame will look like. People will be able to browse minted NFTs in your collection on KodaDot.

## Minting Frame

The minting frame allows you to mint directly from the Frame. This frame will only work for artists who minted their art on **Base via KodaDot** (if you are not sure about your collection, then it was most likely not minted this way). Only selected artists have this option.&#x20;

### How to use minting frame

How do I create a post? The team will provide you with your unique link, which you can share in your regular post. The link always looks like this:

[http://k-frame.kodadot.workers.dev/base/:address\ <br>](<http://k-frame.kodadot.workers.dev/base/:address&#xA;&#xA;>)**Where** `:address` is a variable that we will provide to the artist - since we deploy the contract.

Use the provided link and share it on Farcaster.  You only need to copy-paste it to cast; it will automatically create a frame for you. Here is an example:&#x20;

### Keep in mind

* Adding pictures or any extra files to the frame may **hide the minting frame, and users will not be able to use it.** Always check your post after posting it.
* Minting works **only with Coinbase Wallet** on mobile.
