The most common option is minting Asset Hub. One of the main differences during minting is the fee structure. In both cases, you pay deposits that will be returned if you decide to burn the collection/NFT you created. Minting on Polkadot Asset Hub is more expensive.

You also have an option to mint on Kusama (or rmrk2). It's very simple and quick. You only need to have some KSM in your wallet.
